The Paleontology Course for Biological Sciences gives a wide spectrum of the paleontological sciences to the student. The course covers the use of fossils as clocks of the geological time; discusses the processes of fossilization and depositional environments where they occur; life mode of the main invertebrates and vertebrates; and the main evolutionary trends in the Phanerozoic.
